Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 17-298.01 regarding decennial performance audits of the Arizona Game and Fish Commission Heritage Fund.

Changes language from "succeeding" to clarify the audit timing occurs every tenth year beginning in 2001.

Updates terminology from "chairmen" to "chairpersons" for the senate and house committees on natural resources and agriculture.

Requires the auditor general to submit performance audit copies to the president of the senate, speaker of the house, and relevant committee chairpersons.
