Allows funding for career and technical education (CTE) students to extend into the school year immediately following graduation, in addition to grades 9-12.

Prohibits funding for grade 9 students until they reach grade 10, at which point retroactive funding for grade 9 is provided if the student remains eligible.

Clarifies that for students at leased centralized campuses, the member school district and career technical education district must determine how to apportion average daily membership between entities, with neither exceeding 1.0.

Limits total funding for the same student to no more than four years across all eligible grades and post-graduation years.
