Adds section 15-397 to Arizona Revised Statutes establishing that when a school district participating in a career technical education (CTE) district is unified or consolidated, the successor school district automatically continues participation in that CTE district.

Allows successor school districts resulting from unification or consolidation to maintain the same CTE district participation as the former school district without requiring new enrollment or additional action.

Amends the effective date in Laws 2018, chapter 335, section 3 from December 31, 2020 to December 31, 2022 for section 15-459 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Became effective April 22, 2019 when approved by the Governor.
