Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2203 to extend the repeal date of the emergency medical services council from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2028.

Maintains the council's composition including the medical director as chair, representatives from four local EMS coordinating systems, emergency physicians, nurses, paramedics, hospital administrators, and public members.

Continues the council's established membership structure with appointed members serving three-year terms as prescribed in the original statute.

Effective April 11, 2019, allowing the emergency medical services council to continue operating for eight additional years.
