AZ SB1081

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-5110 to authorize the director to bring legal action to restrain violations by persons authorized under the article.

Allows the director to file suit in Maricopa County superior court when there is reasonable cause to believe a person is violating state law, rules, or orders under the director's enforcement authority.

Applies to violations of any law, rule, or order administered by the director, in addition to existing remedies available under the article.
