Amends section 15-913, Arizona Revised Statutes, to update funding amounts for county juvenile detention center education programs.

Increases the base funding amount from $20,000 to $100,000 for fiscal year 2019-2020, with subsequent years adjusted by the growth rate prescribed by law.

Increases the variable amount per instructional day from $15 to $25 for fiscal year 2019-2020, with subsequent years adjusted by the growth rate prescribed by law.

Requires that any excess monies in the detention center education fund shall be used to supplement classroom spending.

Maintains existing requirements for counties to offer education programs to school-age children in juvenile detention centers and coordinate with pupils' home school districts.
