Requires tanning facilities to post conspicuous signage stating that allowing minors to use tanning devices is unlawful.

Mandates tanning facility operators maintain customer records for at least two years including name, age, date and time of use, duration of use, and any resulting injuries or illnesses.

Prohibits tanning facilities from advertising or distributing promotional materials claiming that tanning devices are safe, risk-free, or provide medical or health benefits.

Exempts personal use of tanning devices in private residences from the restrictions in this article.
