Adds Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 19.1 establishing requirements for limited service pregnancy centers.

Requires any ultrasound performed on a pregnant woman at a limited service pregnancy center to be performed by a licensed or certified health care provider whose scope of practice includes performing ultrasounds.

Defines "limited service pregnancy center" as an organization providing pregnancy counseling or information for a fee or free of charge that does not perform abortions, make referrals to abortion providers, and is not state or federally licensed to provide medical or health care services.

Excludes health care providers, hospitals, abortion clinics, and family planning clinics that perform or refer for abortions or contraception from the definition of limited service pregnancy centers.

Defines "health care provider" as an individual licensed or certified under Title 32 to provide health care services in Arizona.
