Designates the legislative district containing the city of Prescott as legislative district ONE, recognizing Prescott as Arizona's first territorial capital.

If Prescott spans multiple legislative districts, the district containing the largest percentage of Prescott's population is designated as district ONE.

Adds section 16-1101 to Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 16, Chapter 8, Article 1 regarding redistricting and legislative district designation.

Enacted by the Arizona Legislature during the Fifty-fourth Legislature's First Regular Session in 2019.
