Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 39-204 regarding publication of notices in newspapers.

Corrects language in subsection C.2 to replace "in the county which" with "that" for grammatical accuracy.

Removes commas after "board" in subsections C.1, C.2, and C.3 for consistency in statutory language.

Clarifies that when no newspaper is available within a county, publication may occur in an adjoining county newspaper that has general circulation in the original county.
