Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 32-146 regarding malpractice claim review procedures for health care registrants.

Requires plaintiff's attorney to forward a copy of the malpractice complaint and a report to the board containing defendant names/addresses, plaintiff names/addresses, registrant names/addresses, and nature of the occurrence.

Makes the required report non-discoverable and inadmissible as evidence in proceedings.

Directs the board to initiate an investigation upon receipt of the report to determine if the registrant violated any provisions of the chapter or board rules.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, changing "names and addresses" to "name and address" (singular) and replacing "promulgated" with "adopted" for consistency.
