Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-401 to modify the definition of "equipment" used in bingo games to clarify that numbered objects may be drawn from a receptacle "by any means."

The phrase "by any means" is added to the existing definition to provide flexibility in how numbered objects are selected during bingo play, removing potential restrictions on the method of drawing.

All other definitions related to bingo operations, licensing, and qualified organizations remain unchanged, including requirements for charitable, fraternal, religious, veterans', and volunteer firefighter organizations.

The bill maintains existing provisions regarding licensees, managers, supervisors, and other bingo operation personnel and their responsibilities.
