Amends section 38-431.03 of the Arizona Revised Statutes regarding executive sessions and confidentiality of meeting minutes.

Grants the ombudsman-citizens aide access to executive session information when investigating alleged violations of the Open Meetings Law (in addition to county attorneys and the attorney general).

Permits disclosure of executive session information to the ombudsman-citizens aide by agreement with the public body or to a court for enforcement purposes.

Makes grammatical corrections throughout the statute, changing "which" to "that" and "Upon" to "On" for consistency with modern legislative drafting standards.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections for executive session minutes while adding the ombudsman-citizens aide as an authorized recipient of such information during investigations.
