Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1643 to increase the number of Arizona area health education centers from five to six centers.

Requires one of the six centers to specifically focus on the Indian health care delivery system.

Maintains existing requirements for governing boards (10-20 members), center duties including physician education programs and minority student recruitment, and annual reporting to state leadership.

Preserves the system's structure under the Arizona Board of Regents and the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
