Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-761 to revise the definition of "home school district" to include charter schools the child last attended.

Expands the definition of "home school district" to clarify that if a child has not previously attended public school in Arizona, it means the school district where the person with legal custody resides, or the district where the child currently resides if the child is a ward of the state.

Makes minor technical corrections to special education definitions including changing "less than" to "under" for age references and updating hyphenation and punctuation in various terminology definitions.

Clarifies that charter schools and state-supported institutions are included in the definition of "public educational agency" responsible for providing special education services.
