Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 6-1004 regarding tenancy in safe deposit repositories.

Allows safe deposit contracts to name two or more persons, including minors, as joint lessees.

Permits any lessee or surviving lessee(s) to access the repository and remove contents regardless of whether other lessees are living, incompetent, or deceased.

Protects the lessor (safe deposit provider) from liability for removal of contents by authorized lessees.

Makes technical correction by replacing archaic language "be" with modern usage "are" in statutory text.
