Division may now issue or renew device licenses for two or three years instead of only annually, with applicants paying the total amount of all applicable annual fees upfront.

Replaced the word "permit" with "allow" and "be applicable" with "apply" in statute language regarding replacement instruments or devices under licensing.

Bill amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-3451 governing commercial device licensing through the weights and measures services division.

All other existing provisions regarding noncommercial devices, livestock scales, portable batch plants, and licensing fee requirements remain unchanged.
