Requires presidential candidates to submit copies of their federal and state income tax returns for the immediately preceding five years to the Arizona Secretary of State no later than September 15 before the general election.

Makes a presidential candidate ineligible to appear on Arizona's general election ballot if they fail to provide the required tax return copies.

Makes all candidates for presidential elector from a political party ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if that party's presidential candidate fails to submit the required tax returns.

Applies the tax return submission requirement in addition to existing nomination paper and petition filing requirements for presidential candidates.
