Automatically restores voting rights upon discharge from probation or absolute discharge from imprisonment for individuals convicted of felonies.

Requires courts to inform felony defendants at sentencing that their voting rights will be automatically restored upon completion of probation or imprisonment.

Amends sections 13-605 through 13-912 of Arizona Revised Statutes to implement automatic voting rights restoration while maintaining discretionary restoration of other civil rights.

Preserves restrictions on firearm possession rights, which remain subject to court discretion and waiting periods based on offense severity (2-10 years depending on offense type).
