Amends Arizona law on justification for using deadly physical force by adding two new limitations on when such force is permissible.

Prohibits a person from using deadly physical force if they leave a place of safety and actively pursue another person who is engaged in a lawful activity.

Prohibits a person from using deadly physical force if they pursue another person after a law enforcement officer requests that the person retreat to a place of safety.

Preserves the existing right of a person to use deadly physical force without a duty to retreat when in a place where they may legally be and are not engaged in an unlawful act.
