Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 20-1097 to revise definitions related to prepaid legal insurance contracts.

Adds definition of "administrative fee" as a fixed periodic payment to a contracted attorney for overhead and administrative costs.

Clarifies that paying or reimbursing for specific legal services does not include payment of an administrative fee only.

Changes "prepaid legal insurance contracts" definition from payment that "indemnifies" to payment that "pays or reimburses" for specific legal services by active Arizona State Bar members.

Effective date: Approved by the Governor on March 22, 2019.
