• Resolves conflicting amendments to multiple Arizona statutes that were passed in 2018 with delayed effective dates, consolidating competing versions into single, coherent statutes.

• Amends sections 10-130, 12-114, 15-392, 15-1655, 28-960, and 28-2356 to incorporate all valid legislative changes and repeals superseded conflicting versions.

• Repeals section 15-341 (as amended by Laws 2018, chapter 329) because all its changes were already included in a prior version from Laws 2018, chapter 292.

• Corrects a reference in Laws 2018, chapter 42, section 16 to properly cite Laws 2017, chapter 163, section 24 as amended by Laws 2018, chapter 140, section 3.

• Applies retroactively to August 2, 2018 for most provisions, except amendments to sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 13, and 14 which become effective August 31, 2019.
