Amends Arizona law governing charter school admissions requirements under section 15-184, Arizona Revised Statutes.

Adds new provision allowing charter schools operating on the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind (ASDB) campus to be selective in their student admissions.

Maintains existing enrollment preferences for returning students, siblings, children of employees/board members, and students from previously attended charter schools with identical governance.

Preserves prohibitions on limiting admission based on ethnicity, national origin, gender, income level, disability, English language proficiency, or athletic ability, except as allowed for ASDB campus schools.
