Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes in Arizona's civil rights laws covering employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Defines "sexual orientation" as homosexuality, heterosexuality or bisexuality, and "gender identity" as gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms or characteristics regardless of designated sex at birth.

Expands protections to prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in hiring, compensation, terms of employment, public accommodations, housing sales/rentals, and real estate transactions.

Specifies that when sex is a bona fide occupational qualification, individuals must be recognized as qualified based on their gender identity.

Updates multiple statutes in Arizona Revised Statutes (sections 41-1402, 41-1441 through 41-1491.21) to integrate sexual orientation and gender identity protections throughout employment, housing, and public accommodation provisions.
