Allocates $1,000,000 annually from the state lottery fund to the department of education to fund the office of Indian education, with requirement to hire at least five full-time equivalent employees for that office.

Expands the office of Indian education's technical assistance duties to include professional development, data literacy, teacher recruitment and retention, native language development, fiscal management, family engagement, and incorporation of Native American culture into curricula.

Requires the office of Indian education to collaborate with Indian nations on school planning, curriculum development, and evaluation of culturally relevant and standards-aligned educational programs.

Mandates annual meetings between representatives from Indian nations, state board of education, governor's office, tribal relations office, legislature, and superintendent of public instruction to coordinate activities related to Native American education.

Requires school districts with tribal lands within their boundaries to provide annual native American education status reports to Indian nations and the department of education, including data on student achievement, school safety, dropout rates, attendance, and parent involvement.
