AZ SB1281

Prohibits the use of sodium fluoroacetate and sodium cyanide in predator control devices by the Department of Agriculture, governmental agencies, counties, or any other person in Arizona.

Defines "predator control device" to include any dispenser, livestock protection collar, gas cartridge, or other means designed to release or emit sodium fluoroacetate or sodium cyanide for wildlife management or animal control purposes.

Applies the chemical prohibition to all predator control activities, whether conducted by state/federal agencies, counties under cooperative agreements with the Department, or private individuals.
