Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 8-537 regarding termination adjudication hearings for parental rights.

Changes public exclusion from mandatory ("shall") to discretionary ("may") while requiring compliance with 42 U.S.C. section 5106a confidentiality requirements.

Adds new provision allowing any party to request a jury trial for termination hearings, with the court required to grant such requests.

Clarifies that findings on termination grounds must be based on clear and convincing evidence, applicable to both court and jury proceedings.

Maintains existing provisions allowing courts to find a parent has waived rights through failure to appear at conferences or hearings, after proper notice has been served.
