Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-610 to modify DNA testing requirements for arrested persons by narrowing the offenses that trigger mandatory DNA collection upon arrest.

Changes arrest-based DNA collection to apply only to arrests for felony offenses in chapter 11 or specific named offenses (sections 13-1402, 13-1403, 13-3208, 13-3214, 13-3555), removing previously listed offenses from sections 13-1404 through 13-1417, 13-1507, 13-1508, and 13-3608.

Maintains existing DNA collection requirements for persons convicted of any felony, adjudicated delinquent for specified offenses, and those under supervision of state or county agencies within thirty days.

Preserves DNA profile expungement procedures for arrested persons whose charges are not filed, dismissed, or result in acquittal, unless the person is subsequently arrested or charged with another offense requiring DNA testing.

Requires DNA samples to be maintained by the Department of Public Safety for at least thirty-five years and permits use only for law enforcement identification, criminal prosecution proceedings, and paternity proceedings.
