• Removes the protection in section 23-1501 that prevents retaliation against employees for exercising free choice regarding nonmembership in labor organizations.

• Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve repeal of Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution (the right-to-work provision) at the next general election.
