Arizona Board of Regents must submit a report to the governor, senate president, and house speaker by December 15, 2019 on university scholarships awarded from 1980 through the bill's effective date, excluding private scholarships and grants.

Report must include a summary of scholarship numbers and dollar amounts awarded, past and current eligibility requirements for scholarships, and data on numbers of students who qualified for and received scholarships.

Arizona Board of Regents must present the report's information to the senate higher education and workforce development committee during the 2020 legislative session.

This provision automatically repeals on June 30, 2020.
