Appropriates $11,000,000 to the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center.

Appropriates $10,000,000 to the Department of Health Services for a grant program supporting nursing and advanced practice nursing programs at universities and community colleges, and programs using retired physicians and nurses as mentors.

Appropriates $4,000,000 to the Department of Health Services for the primary care provider loan repayment program.

Appropriates $5,000,000 to the Board of Medical Student Loans for medical student loan programs.
