Allows a person whose name has been legally changed to file an application to amend their marriage license with the superior court clerk in the county where the license was issued.

Court clerk must amend the marriage license upon receipt of one of the following: a certified copy of a court order granting the name change, a court order to change the name on the marriage license, or proof of a name change from an unexpired government-issued identity document.
