Amends section 13-3411 to require school personnel who observe drug law violations in drug-free school zones to immediately report to a school administrator, who must then report to a peace officer.

Makes it unlawful for school personnel or administrators to fail to report such violations, with violation constituting a class 3 misdemeanor.

Repeals the previous provision that made failure to report a class 3 misdemeanor offense and removes associated criminal penalties.

Amends section 15-746 to update school report card requirements to reference the new reporting obligation in section 13-3411 when accounting for law enforcement incidents on school grounds.
