Adds section 15-249.14 to Arizona Revised Statutes requiring the Arizona Department of Education to prepare and publish an annual assessment of charter school impacts on school districts.

Assessment must review funding flows between school districts and charter schools, student enrollment trends, and educational outcomes.

Assessment shall identify and document noteworthy, innovative, or promising practices within charter schools.

Assessment shall document efforts to share promising practices between school districts and charter schools.

Department must post the annual assessment on its website for public access.
