AZ SB1407

Requires charter schools to have at least three governing body members, or at least five members if part of a charter network with more than three schools.

Prohibits charter school governing body members from being immediate family members living in the same household as the charter holder, employees of the charter school (including third-party contractors), or spouses of charter school employees.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-183 regarding charter school governance, conflicts of interest, and operational requirements.
