Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-181 to require charter schools and their governing bodies to comply with open meeting requirements under title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1.

Requires charter schools to post notices of public meetings, agendas, and minutes prominently on both the charter school website and the state board for charter schools website.

Mandates charter schools comply with public records requirements under title 39, chapter 1, with public records prominently posted on the charter school website and state board for charter schools website.

Applies transparency requirements to charter school governing bodies, sponsors, charter holders, operators, corporate boards of directors, and management organizations contracting with charter schools.
