Charter schools that maintain a website must post all charter documents relevant to the school's establishment, including any performance agreements with the authorizer.

Charter schools must disclose on their website descriptions of programs offered, transportation services and charges, meal services with free/reduced-price eligibility information, and annual attrition rates for both students (disaggregated by grade) and teachers.

Charter schools must post a comprehensive summary of all nonpublic funding received, including funding sources and duration of philanthropic commitments, as well as identify legal title holders of properties and describe any public subsidies used for property purchase or lease.

If a charter school does not maintain its own website, all required information must instead be posted on the website of the charter school's authorizing sponsor.
