Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-189.03 regarding academic credit transfer and withdrawal procedures for charter schools.

Requires charter schools to report pupil withdrawals or transfers to the Department of Education within two weeks of the withdrawal or transfer occurring.

Mandates the Department of Education adjust a charter school's average daily membership (ADM) at the next scheduled state aid distribution to account for withdrawn or transferred pupils.

Maintains existing provisions allowing charter schools to adopt policies on accepting transfer credits as elective or core credits and permitting pupils to retake exams to contest core credit denials.
