Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2154 to modify protections for healthcare workers objecting to abortion-related procedures on moral or religious grounds.

Removes specific reference to "pharmacy" and "pharmacists" from the statute, eliminating the previous requirement that pharmacies and pharmacists must return prescriptions to patients when objecting to abortion medication or emergency contraception.

Retains protections for hospitals, physicians, and other hospital staff members who object to abortion procedures on moral or religious grounds.

Broadens the objection language to include objections to "any medication or device intended to inhibit or prevent implantation of a fertilized ovum" beyond just abortion medication and emergency contraception.

Requires healthcare providers who object to provide written notice and return the patient's prescription order to the patient.
