AZ SB1462

Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation to establish and maintain a publicly available special plate database containing total number of special plates issued, name of each plate, name and mission statement of entities receiving donations, and annual donation amounts received by each entity.

Directs the department to include a link to the special plate database on its website.

Requires the department to include the prescribed database information on special plate original registration receipts and renewal notices and receipts.

Mandates the department submit an annual report of the database information for the previous calendar year to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house of representatives by April 1 each year, with a copy provided to the secretary of state.
