SB 1474 - POW/MIA Flag Display

• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-449 regarding display of the POW/MIA flag whenever the United States flag is displayed.

• Requires POW/MIA flag display at mandatory locations: state capitol building, county superior court buildings, city/town halls, and county administrative buildings.

• Permits optional POW/MIA flag display at municipal courts, justice courts, and regional justice court centers.

• Specifies that when displayed on a single staff with the U.S. flag, the POW/MIA flag shall be positioned below the Arizona state flag, with the Arizona flag always displayed in the position of honor relative to the U.S. flag on multiple staffs.
