Establishes an agricultural workforce development program providing partial reimbursement (up to 50%) of internship costs to food-producing agricultural organizations.

Requires internships to provide at least 130 hours of work experience lasting no more than 6 months, with the department director adopting rules for participant qualifications, selection criteria, and reimbursement processes.

Limits reimbursement to no more than 3 internships per food-producing agricultural organization in the same fiscal year, with the director determining final approval numbers and amounts based on annual legislative appropriations.

Appropriates $275,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Arizona Department of Agriculture to implement the program.

Program automatically terminates on July 1, 2025 pursuant to Arizona's statutory sunset provisions.
