Adds autism spectrum disorder to the list of debilitating medical conditions qualifying patients for medical marijuana use under Arizona's Medical Marijuana Act.

Clarifies that marijuana incidental to medical use but not usable marijuana is not counted toward a patient's or caregiver's allowable amount.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, including changing hyphenated numbers to word format and updating grammatical phrasing throughout the definitions section.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for this amendment to take effect, per Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 1, Section 1.
