Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-509 regarding foster home licensing requirements and procedures.

Removes the prohibition preventing the state from requiring foster parents to immunize their natural or adoptive children as a condition of foster home licensure.

Maintains existing requirements for foster parent training (6 hours initial, 12 hours ongoing per two-year period) and fingerprint clearance cards for licensure.

Allows licensees to modify their license renewal date by submitting an application, with the new date no more than six months earlier than the existing renewal date.
