Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101 to expand the definition of "prohibited weapon" to include trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and any parts or accessories designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it to a machine gun.

Defines "machine gun" and "semiautomatic rifle" using federal law standards from 26 U.S.C. § 5845(b) and 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(28) respectively.

Clarifies that prohibited weapons do not include firearms or devices lawfully possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law.

Introduced by Senator Dalessandro and co-sponsored by 12 other Arizona senators in the 54th Legislature's first regular session (2019).
