Arizona Board of Regents must appoint a working group to establish a long-term plan and pilot program addressing the state's nursing shortage.

Working group shall include representatives from all three state universities, community colleges and private institutions with nursing programs, healthcare employers, professional nursing organizations, state board of nursing, department of health services, and nonprofit health care workforce research organizations.

Board of Regents must include the long-term plan and pilot program in the fiscal year 2020-2021 budget request to the joint legislative budget committee.
