AZ SB1541

Amends Arizona law governing irrigation and water conservation districts in counties with populations exceeding 200,000 persons that border the Colorado River.

Expands the definition of "land" or "real property" for district purposes to include all real property regardless of use or designation, not limited to agricultural land.

Applies the expanded property definition to all voting eligibility, holding office, petition signing, and other district functions under state law.
