Supports a discretionary official visit to Taiwan by the Governor of Arizona.

Notes Taiwan as Arizona's tenth largest export market in 2017 with $493 million in exports, supporting 5,500 jobs in Arizona through Taiwanese-affiliated companies.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the Governor, President of the United States, U.S. Secretary of State, U.S. Trade Representative, and Arizona's Congressional delegation.
