Designates a portion of U.S. Route 89 between the Utah state line and Flagstaff as the "Native American Veterans Highway" to honor Native American military service.

Designates portions of State Highway 264 under Navajo jurisdiction as the "Navajo Code Talker Highway" and portions under Hopi jurisdiction as the "Hopi Code Talker Highway" in recognition of Code Talkers who served in World War II.

Designates a portion of U.S. Route 160 between the New Mexico state line and the junction with U.S. Route 89 as the "Native American Women Veterans Highway" to honor Native American women who have served in the armed forces.

Requires the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying these designated highways.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the Navajo Nation President, and the Hopi Tribe Chairperson.
