Designates the portion of historic United States Route 66 between Seligman and Kingman, Arizona as the "Hualapai Veterans Highway" to honor Hualapai Tribe veterans.

The designated highway section runs through Peach Springs, Arizona, which is the capital of the Hualapai Tribe.

Hualapai Tribe members have served with distinction in World War I, World War II, the Korean Conflict, the Vietnam War, and continue to serve in the United States armed forces today.

Directs the Arizona Department of Transportation to approve, place, and maintain appropriate signage identifying the Hualapai Veterans Highway.

Requires the Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of the Arizona Department of Transportation and the Chairperson of the Hualapai Tribal Council.
